Crumble the yeast and dissolve it in the milk.
Then mix the flour, sugar, potatoes, and yeast mixture.
Add the egg yolks and knead.
Gradually add the diced butter and salt.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 3 hours.
Cut the dough into 8 pieces, each weighing about 130g.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover, and let rise for another 1.5 hours.
Brush with a mixture of milk and beaten egg yolk, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200°C for 16-18 minutes.
