Directions:

Add eggs and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in butterscotch chips and toffee bits.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and just set in the center. Do not overbake for chewy bars.
Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
