Prep Eggs:
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Cook Cabbage:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic (if using), then cabbage. Sauté 4–5 mins until soft but still slightly crisp.
Add Eggs:
Push cabbage to the side. Pour eggs into the pan. Let set slightly, then gently scramble and mix with the cabbage.
Season & Serve:
Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce if using. Cook until eggs are done. Serve hot!
🍽️ Variations:
Add onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms for more veggies
Toss in leftover rice for a quick fried rice
Spice it up with chili oil or sriracha
