1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add a little salt and pepper if needed.
5. Add the cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley and more Parmesan if you like.
