Cajun Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo
– Boil a large pot of salted water and cook
**fettuccine** until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
**
Prepare the Seafood**
– Season
**lobster tails**,
**crab meat**, and
**salmon chunks** with
**Cajun seasoning**,
**salt**, and
**pepper**.
– Heat 2 tbsp
**butter** in a skillet over medium heat.
– Sear
**lobster tails**, flesh side down, for 3 minutes, then flip and cook until opaque. Remove and set aside.
– In the same skillet, cook
**salmon chunks** until golden, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
