Cajun Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo

– Boil a large pot of salted water and cook 🍝 **fettuccine** until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
**2️⃣ Prepare the Seafood**
– Season 🦞 **lobster tails**, 🦀 **crab meat**, and 🐟 **salmon chunks** with 🌶️ **Cajun seasoning**, 🧂 **salt**, and 🧂 **pepper**.
– Heat 2 tbsp 🧈 **butter** in a skillet over medium heat.
– Sear 🦞 **lobster tails**, flesh side down, for 3 minutes, then flip and cook until opaque. Remove and set aside.
– In the same skillet, cook 🐟 **salmon chunks** until golden, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
**3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce**
– Add the remaining 2 tbsp 🧈 **butter** to the skillet. Sauté 🧄 **minced garlic** until fragrant.
