For the mashed potatoes:
6 potatoes
2 tablespoons of melted butter
100 ml of hot milk
1 teaspoon of salt
For the fresh salad:
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
Parsley
Olive oil Salt

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the carp
Clean and cut:
Clean the carp, cut off the fins and head.
Cut the carp into pieces and remove the bones.
Cut the spring onions into rings:
Finely slice the spring onions.
Step 2: Marinate the carp
Mix and marinate:
Mix the spring onions with 30 ml of water.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan with hot water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 4: Prepare the carp for frying
Coat the carp:
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Coat the carp pieces in flour.
Dip the floured carp pieces in the beaten egg.
Fry the carp:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the carp pieces on all sides until golden brown.
