๐Ÿ‘‰ 3 medium carrots (about 300 g), peeled and chopped
๐Ÿ‘‰ 3 eggs
๐Ÿ‘‰ 50 g flour
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 sachet baking powder (about 11 g)
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 pinch of salt
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 pinch of pepper
๐Ÿ‘‰ 200 g cream cheese (such as cream cheese or fresh goat’s cheese)
๐Ÿ‘‰ A few sprigs of chives or parsley, chopped

๐Ÿ˜Š Prepare the rolled base
๐Ÿ€ Cook the carrots in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, until very tender. ๐Ÿ€ Drain them, then mash them with a blender or potato masher.
๐Ÿ€ In a bowl, beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
๐Ÿ€ Add the carrot puree, flour, and baking powder.
