๐ Ingredients
๐ 3 medium carrots (about 300 g), peeled and chopped
๐ 3 eggs
๐ 50 g flour
๐ 1 sachet baking powder (about 11 g)
๐ 1 pinch of salt
๐ 1 pinch of pepper
๐ 200 g cream cheese (such as cream cheese or fresh goat’s cheese)
๐ A few sprigs of chives or parsley, chopped
๐ Step-by-step preparation
๐ Prepare the rolled base
๐ Cook the carrots in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, until very tender. ๐ Drain them, then mash them with a blender or potato masher.
๐ In a bowl, beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
๐ Add the carrot puree, flour, and baking powder.
๐ Mix well until you get a smooth dough.
