  • A 2-inch piece of fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Preparation:
    • Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Organic produce is recommended to reduce exposure to pesticides.
    • Peel the carrots and ginger. If you’re adding an apple, core and cut it into wedges.
  2. Juicing:
    • If using a juicer: Feed the carrots, ginger, and apple (if using) into the juicer. Alternate between the ingredients to maximize juice extraction.
    • If using a blender: Chop the carrots, ginger, and apple into smaller pieces. Add to the blender with a small amount of water to facilitate blending. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice.
