125ml plain yoghurt or acrid milk

2 mugs cake flour
1 teaspoon preparing soda
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
For topping:
225g cream cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Half a container unsalted butter
180ml of icing sugar
30 ml) new cream
