- 1 1/2 cups (100 grams) breadcrumbs
- 100 grams (2/3 cup) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ginger chili paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeño
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 3-4 tablespoons corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (for mixture)
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- Additional breadcrumbs (for coating)
- Oil (for greasing)
For the Dip:
- 1/3 cup eggless mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon mustard paste
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
