Ingredients:

4 fresh celery stalks

1 carrot

1 green apple

A small piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm)

500 ml of water

Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

Cut the celery, carrot, and apple into small pieces.

Blend everything with the ginger and water until smooth.

Strain if you prefer a lighter juice.

Add the lemon juice before serving.
