Cheddar Bay Crab Cakes with Lemon Butter Drizzle

 

✅️Ingredients:

For the Crab Cakes:
1 lb lump crab meat, drained
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup crushed Cheddar Bay biscuit mix (or substitute with crushed buttery crackers and 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp dried parsley)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg, beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
For the Lemon Butter Drizzle:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
