Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, crushed garlic, chopped onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Use your hands to mix until well combined, but avoid overmixing.
3. Divide the meat mixture in half. Place half of the mixture into the loaf pan.
4. Layer the meat mixture with Swiss cheese slices and shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese.
5. Top with the remaining half of the meat mixture, ensuring to seal the edges to keep the cheese inside.
6. Pour ketchup (or BBQ sauce) over the top of the meatloaf.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through.
8. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
9. Serve slices of the cheese stuffed meatloaf and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
