First, prepare the cheese: beat the egg whites, cream the margarine, add the powdered sugar, egg yolks, flour previously mixed with baking powder, and finally add the beaten eggs. Mix gently and transfer to a baking sheet.

To make the filling, beat the egg whites, then cream the margarine with powdered sugar and gradually add the egg yolks. Process the cheese three times in a food processor and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Next, add the lemon juice and both pudding mixes. Combine both types of flour with the baking powder and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly but gently. Finally, add the egg whites and raisins.
Pour the mixture over the prepared dough and bake for an hour at 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare the glaze using the proportions given above, starting by melting the margarine and pouring it over the cake.
