Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Casserole:
-12 lasagna noodles or any pasta of your choice (cooked and drained)
-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
-1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
