Toast the Crostini:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Toast for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp.
Caramelize the Peaches:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add peach slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the Crostini:
Spread burrata cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
Top with a slice of prosciutto and a caramelized peach slice.
Drizzle & Garnish:
Drizzle with honey, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve:
Serve immediately for a sweet-savory treat perfect for any gathering!
