Cook the Meat
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the Chili :
Stir in the canned chili (with or without beans) and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Sandwich :
Toast the sandwich buns lightly. Spoon the chili mixture onto the bottom half of the buns and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Place under the broiler or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve :
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside crispy fries and chicken wings . Enjoy
