Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
Layer on the sausage, pepperoni, onions, olives, and bell peppers.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Carefully roll the dough into a log, starting from the longer side, and pinch the seams to seal.
Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden crust.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side if desired.
