In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place a flour tortilla on a clean work surface. Spoon roughly 120 grams of the prepared filling onto the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides inwards and roll tightly, forming a burrito shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Stir well to combine.
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush the exterior of each wrap with the garlic butter. Place seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Brush the wraps with garlic butter and arrange them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly crisp and thoroughly heated.
Serve the wraps while hot, accompanied by preferred dipping sauces such as ranch, marinara, or creamy garlic aioli.
Notes
Ensure the wraps are tightly rolled to prevent the filling from spilling during cooking.
For enhanced flavor, consider adding a small amount of black pepper or chili flakes to the filling.
