Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prep Toast
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Place bread slices on a baking sheet.
2. Make Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic (if using).
3. Brush & Top
Brush both sides of each bread slice with the butter mixture.
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly on top of each slice.
4. Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is golden and crisp.
5. Serve
Serve hot as a side or snack.
