Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour: 1½ cups (190 g)
- Baking Powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Zucchini: 1 medium (about 1 cup), grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
- Ham: ½ cup (75 g), diced
- Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup (100 g), grated
- Eggs: 2 large
- Milk: ½ cup (120 ml)
- Olive Oil ¼ cup (60 ml)
- Garlic Powder (optional): ¼ teaspoon
- Black Pepper: To taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder (if using), and black pepper. Mix well.
- Mix the Wet Ingredients:
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil until well combined.
- Combine the Batter:
