Basic Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
- 7 tablespoons chia seeds
- 480 ml (2 cups) milk (dairy or plant-based)
- A pinch of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and honey. Mix well with a spoon to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
- Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Once the pudding has thickened, you can use it as the base for any of the following three variations.
