Basic Chia Pudding Recipe

  • 7 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 480 ml (2 cups) milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • A pinch of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and honey. Mix well with a spoon to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  3. Once the pudding has thickened, you can use it as the base for any of the following three variations.
