- 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
- 4 tablespoons mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- Extra berries for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- In a large glass, pour the milk and add the mixed berries.
- Use a hand blender to blend the milk and berries until smooth.
- Fill the glass 2/3 full with the basic chia pudding, then top with the berry mixture.
- Garnish with extra berries, if desired.
- Serve immediately or let sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or overnight for a chilled breakfast.
