1. Berry Chia Pudding

A fruity and refreshing take on chia pudding with mixed berries.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
  • 4 tablespoons mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • Extra berries for garnish (optional)

Preparation:

  1. In a large glass, pour the milk and add the mixed berries.
  2. Use a hand blender to blend the milk and berries until smooth.
  3. Fill the glass 2/3 full with the basic chia pudding, then top with the berry mixture.
  4. Garnish with extra berries, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or let sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or overnight for a chilled breakfast.
