Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s heating up, place the bacon in the oven for about 20 minutes until it becomes crispy. Keep the oven heated for later use.
In the meantime, cook the rotini noodles and chicken separately. Season the chicken according to your preference.
In a bowl, mix the ranch seasoning with both cans of alfredo sauce. Spread a portion of this creamy mixture on the bottom of a glass or baking tin.
Once the noodles are drained, return them to the pot and add half a stick of butter. Mix the butter into the noodles until it’s fully incorporated.
Layer the buttered noodles in the glass or tin, followed by the seasoned chicken.
Pour the remaining ranch-seasoned alfredo sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top, adding a delightful layer of creaminess.
Finally, crumble the crispy bacon on the cheese, completing the dish with a savory crunch.
