Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Set the sauce aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken slices and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5–6 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add cabbage, carrot, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and pour the sesame sauce over the mixture. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the top before serving.
