Directions:
Sauté the Chicken:
Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Stir in the Cream and Parmesan:
Pour the cream into the skillet and stir well to combine.
Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Add the Chicken:
Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them with the garlic Parmesan sauce.
Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Pair with your favorite sides, such as pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables.
