1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. In another dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.
3. Dredge each cube steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat again in the flour mixture.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the cube steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
6. To make the gravy, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
7. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
8. Season with salt and pepper.
9. Serve the chicken fried steak with the gravy on top.
