2️⃣ Press wonton wrappers into the muffin cups to form a taco shape. Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, then sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4️⃣ Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).
5️⃣ Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2 minutes until well combined.
6️⃣ Fill each wonton taco shell with cooked chicken. Top with shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7️⃣ Serve warm and enjoy!
