Chocolate Banana Soft Morning Loaf
This loaf was baked when bananas were fully ripe and the kitchen smelled warm and sweet. The chocolate stays gentle, the banana keeps everything moist, and every slice feels comforting without being heavy.
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
Methods:
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan.
Mash bananas until smooth.
Whisk eggs and sugar, then add bananas.
Stir in oil, milk, and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
Fold dry ingredients into batter gently.
Pour into pan and smooth top.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes until set.
