Step 1: Start by buttering your mold well, and preheating your oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2: Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes white.
Step 3: Add the milk, mix.
Step 4: Add the oil, mix.
Step 5: Add the cocoa, mix. (Sift it to avoid lumps)
Step 6: Add the flour and baking powder, mix. (Also sift to avoid lumps)
Step 7: Pour your preparation into your mold, bake for 20 minutes.
Step 8: Bring your milk and cocoa to a boil.
Step 9: Once the cake is cooked, make holes using a fork, and pour the hot chocolate on top in 3 batches.
Step 10: Let the cake cool completely, meanwhile prepare your whipped cream.
Step 11: Once the cake is cold, pour your whipped cream over it and smooth the surface.
Step 12: For the ganache: bring your cream to the boil then add your chocolate and mix well. Let the ganache cool well before pouring it onto the cake:
Step 13: Leave to cool for 3/4 hours.
