Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, melted butter, and milk. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Gradually add the wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the wet mixture. Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
Grease a cake mold with butter and pour the batter into it.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Chocolate Syrup:
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Syrup Preparation Method:
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder.
Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved.
Drizzle the chocolate syrup evenly over the warm cake to soak.
Mousse Ingredients:
1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice
1 can condensed milk
1/2 small box of cream
1 cup powdered milk
Mousse Preparation Method:
In a blender, combine the passion fruit juice, condensed milk, cream, and powdered milk.
Blend until the mixture is very creamy and smooth.
Pour the mousse over the cooled, syrup-soaked cake.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow the mousse to set.
Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful combination of chocolate and passion fruit.
