Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Instructions

  1. Make the cookie dough:
Cream the butter and both sugars together until smooth.
    Add vanilla, milk, and salt.
Slowly mix in the heat-treated flour, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
Roll into small 1-inch balls and freeze for 20–30 minutes.

  2. Prepare the brownies:
Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into large pieces.
Flatten each piece into a disc big enough to wrap around a cookie dough ball.

  3. Wrap and shape:
Take a brownie piece and wrap it around each frozen cookie dough ball.
Gently roll into a smooth ball.

  4. Decorate:
Dip or drizzle each bomb with melted chocolate or peanut butter.
Top with extra chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.

  5. Chill and serve:
Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!
