1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Grease a loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

2️⃣ In a bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk the eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, and warm water until smooth.

4️⃣ Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and whisk just until combined, without overmixing.
(Overmixing will make the cake tough.)

5️⃣ Pour the batter into the pan and tap the pan lightly on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

6️⃣ Bake for 35–45 minutes.
A toothpick should come out clean or with very few moist crumbs.

7️⃣ Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving Suggestion:

🍨 With melted chocolate on top
🥛 With warm milk
☕ It’s perfect with coffee!
