You can sprinkle the chocolate and biscuit truffles with coconut flour or chopped hazelnuts, immediately after dipping them in the glaze. If you prefer, you can also make the glaze with white chocolate, or make it half dark and half white.
If you liked this recipe, try also the coffee truffles, always made of crumbled biscuits to which mascarpone, sugar and moka coffee are added, without cream. Also try the tiramisu truffles, prepared with ladyfingers instead of dry biscuits.
