Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 50% of a 32 oz bag of frozen French fries
  • 16 oz canned red kidney beans, drained
  • Β½ lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 10.5 oz can of tomato soup
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then set it aside.
  2. In the slow cooker, layer the cooked ground beef followed by the French fries, diced onion, drained kidney beans, and cubed Velveeta cheese.
  3. Pour the tomato soup over the layers and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, until the French fries are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy this comforting and satisfying meal with your favorite side dishes, such as a fresh green salad or roasted vegetables.
