Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.

Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir again.

Add the flour, mixing gently until just combined (don’t overmix).

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Tips for the Best Banana Bread
Use overripe bananas — the darker the better!

Add chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, or cinnamon for extra flavor.

You can turn this into muffins by baking in a muffin tin for about 20 minutes.
