👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Boil the Shells:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the jumbo shells until al dente (about 9–10 minutes).
Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
2. Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley until smooth and combined.
3. Assemble the Dish:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce over the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Stuff each shell with 1–2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture and place them in the dish.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
4. Bake:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
5. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve warm with garlic bread or salad.
