– Halfway through baking, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf.

– Once the meatloaf is done, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
– Garnish the roasted potatoes with fresh parsley.
– Serve slices of meatloaf with the roasted potatoes on the side.
