4 – DISHWASHING LIQUID
Another great grandmother’s tip against stains on a mattress: use dishwashing liquid!
Be careful though: this tip works much better on recent stains than on old, well-encrusted stains. Hence the importance, in the event of stain(s) on your mattress, to act quickly rather than procrastinating…!
Especially since to recover a mattress stained with dishwashing liquid, all you need to do is:
- Mix warm water with dishwashing liquid and clean your mattress with the mixture using a clean sponge.
- Once the mattress has been rinsed (with a damp glove for example, the importance is to rinse well to avoid marks), let it dry for several hours.
- You can now enjoy a clean mattress!
