Recipe 1: Aromatic Clove-Infused Onion Soup:

1 large onion
6–8 whole cloves
4 cups vegetable or chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Peel the onion and stud it with whole cloves, pushing them into the surface.
Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
