How can I easily prepare it at home?

- Prepare a cup of black coffee (hot or cold, depending on your preference).
- Squeeze half a juicy lemon into it .
- Stir. If the flavor seems too strong, add a little honey to sweeten it.
- Drink slowly, preferably in the morning.
Be careful, it’s not for everyone…
- It is acidic , so if you suffer from a sensitive stomach or acid reflux, it is best to avoid it.
- Caffeine + lemon = tonic combination : avoid in the evening if you want to sleep.
