In a separate bowl, pour 400 ml of 33-36% fresh cream.
Beat the cream with the mixer until it becomes fluffy and forms stiff peaks.
Combine with Condensed Milk:
Gently add 80ml of condensed milk to the whipped cream, stirring from bottom to top to maintain a fluffy texture.
Assembly:
Grab some dessert glasses and start assembling the dessert.
Place a spoonful of the coffee cream in the bottom of each glass.
Add some of the whipped cream with condensed milk on top of the coffee cream.
Crumble 1 biscuit for each glass and spread it over the whipped cream.
Decoration:
Transfer the rest of the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
Decorate the top of each glass with whipped cream, creating a beautiful decorative pattern.
Grate some chocolate over each glass for a delicious finishing touch.
Refrigerate the glasses for at least 1 hour before serving, to allow the dessert to firm up and intensify the flavors. This coffee dessert in a glass is now ready to be enjoyed!
