Directions 

Prep Crab: Pat crab pieces dry with a paper towel.

Coat: Dip crab in beaten egg, then roll in a breadcrumb mixture of panko, seasoning, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Cook:
– For Baked: Arrange on a parchment-lined tray, drizzle with oil, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
– For Fried: Heat oil in a skillet and fry for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy.

Serve: Garnish with lemon wedges and dip into melted butter or tangy sauce.
