Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.
3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cooked ground beef and stir to combine.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined.
5. Add the cooked and seasoned ground beef to the mixing bowl with the cheese and sour cream mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
6. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
7. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the top of the beef mixture in the baking dish.
8. Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon over the tater tots.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy and the casserole is heated through.
10. Once cooked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
11. Garnish with chopped fresh chives if desired.
12. Serve your delicious Cracked Out Tater Tot Casserole hot and enjoy as a satisfying meal!
