Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
4. Place the crushed Doritos in a shallow dish. In separate dishes, place the beaten eggs and flour.
5. Dip each stuffed chicken breast first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the crushed Doritos.
6. Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the Doritos coating is crispy and golden.
8. Serve the Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken hot and enjoy!
