Ingredients:

  • 1 large broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 small bunch of baby kale
  • 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Broccoli:
    • Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
    • Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
    • In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until evenly coated.
