8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
