Instructions:
First, place the oats in a bowl and add the milk. Stir well to combine, and let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mash the bananas with a fork and transfer them to a separate bowl.
Next, add the eggs and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well using a whisk until you achieve a smooth texture.
Then, add the cocoa powder and baking powder, mixing again to incorporate.
After that, fold the hydrated oats into the banana and cocoa mixture. Stir gently until you get a homogeneous batter.
Now, grease a baking pan with coconut oil or butter, and line the bottom with parchment paper to make it easier to remove the cake later.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the surface with a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips on top for decoration.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before removing it from the pan.
For the topping, place the chopped chocolate and milk in a small bowl. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth and glossy.
Finally, use a piping bag to apply the chocolate topping over the cake, creating your desired design.
Finish by letting the chocolate set before serving.
Enjoy this delicious and healthy fitness cake.
