Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell lengthwise and gently lift the lobster meat out over the shell.
2️⃣ Sear the Lobster:
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add lobster tails, meat-side up, and sear for 2–3 minutes. Remove lobster and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
4️⃣ Combine and Bake:
Nestle the lobster tails into the sauce. Spoon sauce over the lobster meat. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and tender.
5️⃣ Serve and Enjoy:
Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra squeeze of lemon before serving.
