Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cool water, and set aside.
Step 2: Brown the Beef
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked (about 5–6 minutes). Stir in the minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using), and cook for another minute until fragrant. Drain any excess grease if needed.
Step 3: Create the Creamy Ranch Sauce
Reduce the heat to low-medium. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cooked beef. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Add the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Step 4: Add the Sweet Corn & Pasta
Stir in the sweet corn and cooked bowtie pasta, tossing everything together until evenly coated in the creamy ranch sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Step 5: Serve & Garnish
Remove the skillet from the heat. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a fresh, vibrant finish. Serve warm, and if desired, top with extra shredded cheddar cheese.
Enjoy!
